How do I complain about the support my child receives while at school?

If you feel that your child is not getting the right amount of support, you should always discuss this with your child's class teacher in the first instance.
 
If you still feel that the issue has not been resolved please speak to Mrs Wallace the school's SENCO.  You can contact her through the school office.

 If the issue cannot be resolved the parent or carer can submit a formal complaint to the Headteacher. The Headteacher will reply within 10 working days. Any issues that remain unresolved at this stage will be managed according to the school’s Complaints Policy. This is available on request from the school office or can be found on the school website.
